Interpretation was done simultaneously in four different halls and the flow of materials was ensured by enough of staff members to bring the available materials to the interpreters. 2. One could easily follow the panel also from the lounge area and vote from there. Many participants also used this opportunity, as then they could immediately discuss some of the topics between themselves.

After the conference the video recordings of the main stage conference presentations are available online in original languages. All of the presented materials are also available in the original languages. Unfortunately the conference budget did not allow to record all of the presentations on four halls, provide interpretation options to the recordings nor to translate the presented materials.
